The space
Great location in Plaza Midwood. Only 10 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Many cool eclectic restaurants, bars, and shops only a block away.

The house was renovated and all historic features were restored. It features a large rocking chair front porch, hardwood floors, tile bathroom floors, large master bedroom. Large TV in Living room and all bedrooms.

Also, please note that we have a fully furnished apartment above the detached garage in the back. It is also listed on Airbnb if you are interested to rent that unit as well.

The Master bath features a bidet. The front porch is super cool and a great place to people watch.
If our place is booked no worries: we own another bungalow just a block down from this house- just search Rosebud Retreat bungalow!

Neighborhood overview
We are located 1 block from the main street for this village. This is not a party house! If that's what you want, find another house. The best location you can find in this area.
Getting around
1 block from major bus route to downtown. I still prefer to take uber or lyft to get around. Its only $15 dollars to the airport on Uber.
