Please review your itinerary for check-in instructions. The driveway is shared with my neighbor, so please don't block the driveway. You are welcome to park 1 car near the garage.

No smoking or pets in the unit, the deck is a great place to smoke if you like.

Please drink the coffee and water that I have left for guests.

Feel free to ask me for recommendations for anything you might need. I have lived in the area for 15 years and I know it well.

The space

The door has a keyless deadbolt and is accessed by combination. When leaving to lock the door you must punch in the code. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please. It is a private entrance and guests can park in the driveway or the street.

Neighborhood overview
Plaza Midwood historic district has many awesome renovated 1920's houses. In the spring, the flowers are great. It is a great area to run, walk or ride bikes.

Getting around
A bus stop located 1 block from the unit will get you downtown in 5 minutes for $2. The buses run about every 10 - 15 minutes.
